AD-HOC REPORTS:
To be able to create and edit ad-hoc reports, JVM version 1.4.2_03 is required on your PC.
It can be downloaded from following link or can also be installed after you login to the product
and click on "New Document" link. To check JVM version on your PC, click on "Check Browser" button
at the top of this page and version will be displayed in bottom frame.
JVM version higher than 1.4.2_03 may also be supported. If you already have JVM installed on your PC,
but it doesn't work, then uninstall all JVM versions and install 1.4.2_03. After this you can install
other JVM versions you may need for other applications.

Please check this document for JVM settings.
PRE-BUILT REPORTS:
To run Pre-Built reports you need to have Business Objects report Viewer ActiveX control installed on your PC.
This can be installed after you log in to the product and clicking on any Pre-Built report
will prompt you to install it. For screen shots and information on removing this control, please check this
document.
Before you log into Money Fund Analyzer for the first time, run a check for any potential configuration problems.
To do this, ensure that your browser is enabled for JavaScript and cookies.
JavaScript enabled?
If your browser is not JavaScript enabled, it cannot run the Check Browser feature, and an error message appears.
If your Java Virtual Machine(JVM) is highlighted in blue when you performed Browser Check, the JVM you are using is
a non-supported JVM. Money Fund Analyzer may still work properly, but if you encounter any problems while creating new
documents in WebIntelligence, you may need to install a new JVM after uninstalling all JVM"s.

Common Issues:
1) Java report panel does not run.
The Java control panel is not configured to use the web browser. If the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) is already installed
but applets do not work, you may need to enable the JRE for your web browser.
To see whether your browser is configured to use the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) or not, open the
Windows Control Panel. From the Start menu button, select Settings, then Control Panel to open the Control Panel.
Select Java Coffee Cup logo icon in the Control Panel.
1) Double-click the icon to open the Java Control Panel.
2) In the Java Control Panel, click the Advanced tab.
3) Under Settings, click on + icon against tag support.
4) Make sure the box next to Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Mozilla is checked.
5) If it is not checked, click the checkbox to enable the JRE for your Web browser.
6) Click Apply.
If you do not see the coffee cup icon in the Windows Control Panel, you do not have a version of the Sun JVM installed on your computer.
2) Browser fails to identify Java.
1) Open IE and go to Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2) Click on Advanced Tab.
3) look for Java. (Press J on your keyboard)
4) If it is not checked, you have to check it.
5) Click OK and close any open browsers and open a new browser and try.
